Due to the nature of our business and the fact that all items sold by Archivio SOTA are second-hand, vintage, archival, unique, and/or limited in quantity, all sales are final.

Each product is individually described and photographed with care. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges having carefully reviewed the product description, condition report, measurements, and images prior to checkout.
Pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the applicable provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal may be excluded for specific categories of goods.
Given the unique, second-hand, and non-reproducible nature of the items offered, and their individual condition and characteristics, Archivio SOTA expressly excludes the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase concerns unique second-hand goods whose characteristics have been individually documented and accepted at the time of sale.
This clause does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in cases of defective or non-conforming goods.
Notwithstanding the Final Sale policy, returns may be accepted exclusively in cases where the item:
Minor signs of wear consistent with second-hand, vintage, or archival garments shall not be considered defects if previously disclosed in the product description or visible in product images.

Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe will result in the claim being rejected.
If the claim is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be returned unused, in the same condition as received, and securely packaged.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed seller error or verified defective/non-conforming goods.
Archivio SOTA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased goods, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This policy is governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Italy, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection regulations.
